in neuroimaging.core.reference.mapping:

  • functions fromurl, frombin, xfmfromstr, matfromstr need to be verified and in some cases fixed

in neuroimaging.core.image.formats.analyze:

  • read_mat should be fixed in accordance to neuroimaging.reference.mapping and proper default for use_matfile should be setup
