    33This is a wiki meant for the "hard-hat" area of [NumPy http://scipy.org/]. Here you'll find notes on reasons behind decisions, rough areas of numpy that need working on, what file does what, etc. (Or, at least you will if people add that stuff :-). How to use NumPy, documentation, tutorials, etc., belong on the main SciPy wiki, not here.
