This is the "hard-hat" area for NumPy development. Here you'll find notes on reasons behind decisions, rough areas of numpy that need working on, what file does what, etc. (Or, at least you will if people add that stuff :-). How to use NumPy, documentation, tutorials, etc., belong on the main SciPy wiki, not here. You can also browse the subversion repository and submit bug reports here.
