 The menu system automatically lower-cases inputs. On case-sensitive file
 systems, this means that the path set for the prefix is also lower-cased.

 I would prefer simply to remove the interactive setup. It will always be a
 non-standard method of installation, and I don't see evidence of people
 using it except for people who have problems with it.
