[SciPy-dev] Adding pyaudiolab and pysamplerate to scikits ?

Hi,
Glad to see more code moving into scikits!
I would make one recommendation regarding naming:  it might be nice to
remove the "py" from the names, so that they become scikits.audiolab and
scikits.samplerate.  (we'll be renaming pymat also :)
